When you create a Lock In Study account, we collect your name and email address so we can identify you and send study reminders and account-related notifications. As you use the app, we store the content you create — classes, assignments, notes, study blocks, focus sessions, and goals — so you can access it across devices.
Your data is used to run the app: organizing your schedule, tracking your progress and streaks, surfacing reminders before deadlines, and personalizing your dashboard. With your permission, we connect to services like Google Classroom and Google Calendar to import your courses and sync your study blocks. We never sell your personal information.
Your study data is stored securely and is isolated to your account — other users cannot see or access your records. We use authentication tokens and encrypted connections to protect your information. Only you can view, edit, or delete your own data; you can permanently erase your account and all associated content at any time from Settings.
Lock In Study may integrate with Google Classroom and Google Calendar. These services have their own privacy policies, and access is governed by the permissions you grant. We only request the scopes needed to import your coursework and sync your schedule.
You can access, update, or export your data from within the app, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated information at any time. If you have questions about your data, contact us through the Contact page.
